Ancar Consulting was founded by Antowanna Carpenter, an educator and consultant with more than 35 years of experience working with nonprofits, schools, government agencies, and mission-driven organizations.

Her work began in 2004 by sitting at the kitchen tables of individuals helping them turn ideas into legally formed, sustainable nonprofits. Those early experiences shaped a practical, people-first approach with the focus on helping to develop organizations that empower communities.

Over the years, Antowanna has trained and supported thousands of leaders worldwide, including nonprofit founders, colleges, government entities, churches, associations, and small business support organizations. Her work includes curriculum development, training programs, organizational capacity building, grants readiness, and system design.

Today, Ancar Consulting focuses on education-based consulting and training, helping organizations build strong systems, grow sustainable programs, and lead with confidence.
